java.lang.ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException: 0 >= 0

Question

Necesitaría ayuda para resolver este error, teóricamente debería funcionar ya que la tabla muestra que tiene registros ingresados (cuando pulso el botón para cargar los mismos), pero el error me devuelve que el array está vacío. Agradecería si alguien pudiera darme la solución. Considero que el error se encuentra en el método actualizarDatos(), pero según mi criterio el mismo debería funcionar correctamente. También dejo el método que utilizo para cargar la tabla, por si consideran que el error se encuentra allí (aunque no lo creo).

El problema es que definitivamente la consulta no obtiene resultados, debes verificar primeramente que el valor del combobox ((String)comboBox.getSelectedItem()) corresponda a un valor de ESTADO y el valor del textField (textField.getText()) corresponda a un USUARIO en tu tabla RECLAMO de otra forma no obtendrás resultados y obtendrás el error.

Debes validar para que este problema no ocurra en tu código.
