C# - Error Basic Authentication WebServices REST y metodo POST

Question

Actualmente estoy trabajando con NetFramework 4.0 y también asignando autorización básica y debo usar la siguiente Dll System.Web.Http.Cors pero no la ubico ni en el administrador de Paquetes del Visual Studio 2012.

La clase que autentifica es la siguiente:

Mi configuración en web.config es:

Finalmente llamó desde desde otra capa con la siguiente con el siguiente código:

Que puedo hacer para solucionar este error que solo funciona para método GET Y no con POST que es mi caso?

Puedes agregarlo por medio de Nuget... en Visual Studio primero ubicate en el proyecto que quieres agregar el dll, luego ve a:

Herramientas --> Administrador de paquetes Nuget --> Consola del Administrador de paquetes.

Cuando se abra la consola escribes:

Install-Package Microsoft.AspNet.WebApi.Cors

Presionas enter. Y con eso ya estaría agregado el DLL a tu proyecto.
