¿Como poner un footer en todas las paginas? MPDF PHP

Question

estoy armando un pdf con la librería mpdf de php, no me respeta el footer en la primer pagina, alguien tiene idea de ¿por qué?

No se si sea que al setear los footers me falte algun parámetro.

Tambien coloque los footers segun los ejemplos que da la libreria.

Aquí les muestro mi código y el pdf resultante, si aprecian no me sale el footer en la primera pagina. Ya intente varias cosas pero no logro hacer que se vea en todas las paginas.

La libreria utilizada para el pdf es MPDF y la version de php es la 5.6.
