Attempting to figure out the EntityFramework metadata for the model and DbContext: 'Employee'

Question

Estoy intentado generar controladores a partir del comando..

dotnet aspnet-codegenerator controller -name EmployeeController -m Employee  -dc EmsContext --relativeFolderPath Controllers --useDefaultLayout --referenceScriptLibraries

previamente ejecute

export PATH=$HOME/.dotnet/tools:$PATH

Este es el mensaje que me arroja

Es el ultimo paso segun una documentacion, estoy empezando con este Framework pero no puedo salir de este estatus. Estoy utilizando Ubuntu y todo por medio del terminal. Si alguien puede darme un indicio de como solucion se lo agradeceria mucho.
