insertar hora desde c# a sql server [cerrada]

Question

Tengo el siguiente formulario

Al guardar los datos guarda todo bien pero la hora inicio y la hora fin no guarda la hora ingresada por el usuario si no que en los dos campos guarda la hora 3:40:00 la que esta ahí en el formulario mas no la que yo modifico es decir así ponga que son las 8:30:00 el me guarda las 3:40:00

¿Cómo ingresar la hora que yo elija mas no que ingrese la hora que tiene la app en el DateTimePiker?
