Hola esta es la manera correcta de crear y utilizar una base de datos SQLite en Android.
Debes de utilizar este sistema para evitar inyecciones SQL, o que el usuario desde su dispositivo pueda acceder a la base de datos, e introducir datos falsos:

PASO 1 debes de crear una clase contrato:
