ayuda tengo un error al consumir api desde ajax

el navegador me bota este error al tratar de consumir API, no se que puede ser:

Failed to load https://bitscoinmarketcap.com/ws/v1/ticker/?coinName=bitcoin: No 'Access-Control-Allow-Origin' header is present on the requested resource. Origin 'null' is therefore not allowed access.

mi código:

Econtre esta solución no sé que tan óptima sea, pero funciono al error que me salia, coloque este código en mi función en php y a la hora de hacer una peticion desde ajax me boto la información
