insertar marcadores en OpenStreetMaps

Question

Necesito insertar unos marcadores en un mapa que hice en OpenStreetMaps, el problema que tengo es que soy nuevo en el tema.

Hasta ahora hice lo basico pero la idea es crear los marcadores a medida que voy trayendo los datos (laltitud y longitud) de la base de datos. Una vez que pueda crear un marcador lo pongo en un while y lo completo.
