Estoy tratando de leer los datos de un archivo .wav para una visualización de audio sin embargo me arroja el siguiente error.

Primero en las etiquetas pones que es maptolib, sin embargo el mensaje de error claramente indica que el error proviene de la función struct.

Atendiendo a la documentación de dicha función:

The buffer’s size in bytes must match the size required by the format, as reflected by calcsize().

Por tanto el error debe provenir de "sound_data = wave_file.readframes(data_size)" que a su vez depende de "data_size = wave_file.getnframes()"

Dado que no importas ningún módulo que llame a wave imagino que lo haces desde otro punto del código, asimismo atendiendo de nuevo a la documentación de struct el buffer viene determinado por el valor que saca "struct.calcsize(fmt)" de modo que investigaría que valores y que tipo de dato devuelven "sound_data" y "data_size", tambien sería bueno ver que devuelve "unpack_fmt" y que correspondan con lo que devuelve calcsize()
