Saludos tengo un reporte que obtengo con un total de registros de 1197 , cada registro posee 15 campos, este reporte se toma un tiempo promedio de 10 segundos, deseo saber si existe forma de reducir el mismo, los datos los tengo de una sola tabla o model(personal_personal), adjunto mi codigo:
