Prueba con el método TCPDF::SetMargins:

TCPDF::SetMargins (
  $left,
  $top,
  $right = -1,
  $keepmargins = false
)

Defines the left, top and right margins.

Parameters:

     $left        (float) Left margin.
     $top         (float) Top margin.
     $right       (float) Right margin. Default value is the left one.
     $keepmargins (boolean) if true overwrites the default page margins

Prueba con el método TCPDF::SetAutoPageBreak:

TCPDF::SetAutoPageBreak   (
  $auto,
  $margin = 0 
)     

Enables or disables the automatic page breaking mode. When enabling, the second parameter is the distance from the bottom of the page that defines the triggering limit. By default, the mode is on and the margin is 2 cm.
